Hi Friends! Here is my first outdoor workout! Taken from my phone…by my 4 year-old…so you will have to excuse the quality, but try to enjoy the scenery! We were on vacation last week, so I had to improvise. We stayed in an area in Hawaii where a volcano once erupted, so that is the lava rock you see in the background. I always try to include time for working out on vacation as I do like to indulge…it is vacation after all! These moves can be done indoor as well and only use your body weight, so fit in these cardio bursts whenever you can! I do 20 reps of each for 3 rounds and usually mix in 5 min. sprint intervals between each round to make it a 30-40 minute workout. Enjoy!
